I am posting these to show the comparision between the picures I took in January and June. There is definately changes here that I like, but I still have work to do. So let me get to it!

June 5, 2005 pictures in bathing suit

Yes I know I have had no excuse for not posting these especially since I now have a digital camera. So here they are, now you can see the difference a year can make. The bathing suit is still a bit snug but it fits much better than before.

In the past, I have searched the web for sites about people like me with a weight problem and how they over came their obstacles, but I did not find many where the person started out weighing over 150 pounds. So, I have decided to do my own and be my own motivation.
